In pain

Im... not sure.... I've made new friends... but has a ake new friends.. they make friends with my old friend.... leaving me behind........ i fear of losing trust worthy friends..... but ..im unaware if they even fear fo r me...Im not me.. im not myself.....Im bein left behind..... im in pain.. my heart hurts.... no matter how hard.. i try to to think these things but no matter what.. it returns... wanting a second round of my heart... im alone..... im alone..
